What are the classes about?
Our virtual classes combine strength training and mindfulness exercises (like breath work, yoga or meditation) to help women build physical and mental strength.
What equipment will I need for the classes?
We encourage you to have a few sets of dumbbells, ranging from light to heavy and a set of bands.
Each workout will list exactly what you need.
For yoga classes we encourage a mat, yoga block and strap (you could even use a belt).
Most importantly - come with a desire to be strong. Physically and mentally!
I am injured. Can I still take classes?
Well. We can't make that decision for you.
Talk to your doctor or healthcare practitioner to determine if you're healthy enough for these classes.
Who are the instructors?
They are a group of women with a passion for health, wellness and fitness.
You'll hear us call them coaches, guides or instructors.
Combined, they have a hundred years of experience with backgrounds in personal training, group fitness classes, yoga, TRX, cycle ... and loads of other fitness curriculums.

But seriously ... these classes are designed for women of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mental focus, or relieve stress, these sessions are for you!
What is the deal with workouts and your menstrual cycle?
Lots of health and wellness professionals and studies are showing there is a correlation to the phase you're at in your menstrual cycle and what types of exercises could be beneficial - either to offer relief or to take advantage of your strongest time of the month.
With each week's new classes, we'll let you know which classes could be helpful, depending on where you're at in your cycle.
I am a man - can I subscribe for a membership?
Of course! Strength & Soul aims to be an inclusive community.
So, if you're a male and want to join, go for it!
But, you can igore the guidance about workouts designed for different phases of your menstrual cycle.
Do I need prior experience in strength training or meditation?
No experience is necessary!
Our fabulous trainers provide modifications and progressions to suit all fitness levels.
How long are the classes?
Classes range from 25 minutes up to an hour - depending on the focus.
Each class will show the length of time to ensure you have room in your schedule.
How do I cancel my membership?
You created an account when you first purchased a membership. Log into the site and you can adjust your membership from within your account.
